Method 1: On Chrome
Using the Chrome flags, you can turn the Chrome browser into dark mode. Here’s how:
- Open Chrome and go to the Chrome Web Store .

- Search Dark Reader extension or search for any dark mode extension that you prefer. A list of extensions will appear on your screen.

- Click on Add to Chrome .

- To install the extension, click on Add extension .

- After the installation is complete, click on the extension displayed on the toolbar to enable the dark mode.
Method 2: On Firefox
Follow the below steps if you are using the Firefox browser, to activate the dark mode.
Type Firefox in the Windows search bar and click on Open .
Click on Menu options from the top-right corner.
Locate and select Add-ons and themes .

- Click on Themes and click on Enable under dark mode.

Note : Since all Android devices vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, the steps below were performed on OnePlus Nord 5G.
Open Settings on your Android.
Go to About Device > Version .
Tap on Build number 5-7 times consequently.

Now, go back to Settings homepage and select System settings .
Under System settings , tap on Developer options .

- Toggle on the Override force-dark option.

Now, go back to the Settings homepage and tap on Display & brightness .
Select Dark mode .

You will be able to enjoy dark mode on your phone.
Before following the steps below, disable the dark mode on your iPhone.
Go to Settings .
Select Accessibility .
Tap on Display & Text Size .

- Turn on the toggle for Smart Invert .

If do not prefer to customize the system setting of Chrome browser, you can also install third-party extensions to enable the dark mode. You can also turn dark mode on or off at any time.
