Now reach a larger audience and grow your following. Follow the steps mentioned below to add the follow button to your profile using the Facebook mobile app:
Note: You can only add the Follow button if you have a public profile. So, if you have locked your page, make sure to unlock it first.
Launch the Facebook app and tap on the hamburger icon (Menu) in the bottom right corner.
Scroll down and tap on Settings & Privacy , followed by Settings .
Under Audience and visibility , tap on Followers and public content .
Note: You can also set the rest of the options to Public if preferred.
Go back to the Audience and visibility section, and tap How people can find and contact you .
Set Who can send you friend requests as Friends of friends .
