Method 5:  Clear Instagram Cache

Option 1: From iPhone

Here’s how you can offload Instagram on iOS devices:

  1. Open Settings and tap on General .
  2. Swipe down and tap on iPhone Storage .
  3. Swipe down and select Instagram .
  4. Then, tap on Offload App .
  5. Select Offload App from the confirmation prompt.
  6. Open App Store and search for Instagram .
  7. Tap on Get to install the app again.
