  1. Log in to your Amazon account.
  2. Click on Returns & Orders from the top right ribbon.
  3. Select the product of your choice.
  4. Then, choose your preferred reason under Why are you returning this?
  5. Select between Yes or No under Is the item inside the Amazon shipping box unopened or sealed in its original package?
  6. Now, click on Continue from the right menu.
  7. Select Refund to your Amazon balance or Refund to your original payment method under How can we make this right?
  8. Then, click on CONFIRM YOUR RETURN .
